Happy Tuesday everyone! I can't believe it's been 6 months and this is my last post as a DT member. Time flies! Today I have a really easy tutorial for you using the BOAF February Kit. I saw this technique a while back and since Amy included a paint dabber in the kit, I thought I would give it a try. Just to let you know the paint does splatter a bit. I'm not usually one to get messy on my pages and I know there are others that don't like to either. But what the heck! Lets give it a try.
I put a collage together with some easy directions.
1. You will need your paint dabber, cardstock, water bottle, paper towel and some type of box to do the technique in. (paint will splatter)
2. Spray the top of the dabber 2-3 times. (or until it is wet. Before spraying it, make sure the dabber is ready to use by pressing the dabber into some paper or cardboard to get the paint flowing.)
3. Holding your dabber, smack it straight down on to the paper to get the spattered effect. You many want to spray water on your dabber for each spot, depending on how wet you get it.
4. After you are done splattering the paint let the paint dry. After it is dry you can create your layout or card.
Here is the layout I created:

Now it's your turn to grab a paint dabber and have some fun! I promise it wasn't too messy!
