Weekend Cyber Crop

On September 12th - 14th The Mosy Scrapper is having a weekend cyber crop. Christa and April are busy getting all the lose ends tied up for a fun and eventful weekend. There will be lots of inspiration to get you in the mood to scrap...sketches, challenges, and scraplifts. They will also have trivia and a photo scavenger hunt, which is a lot of fun. I will be posting a challenge and so will the other DT members. So, if you can, pop in for 1 day or 3 days and join in on all the fun!

I MADE THE DT!

The votes are in and I made the DT at The Mosy Scrapper!! I am so excited!! There are three of us that made the team and 5 others that will be Guest Designers! Christa even has a new Card Designer. So, there are lots of great things going on over there! Check it out! The ATC holder is what I made for Round 3 and it was so much fun to make.

Me, Tyler and a Goofy Girl

My best friend is starting a photography business and she took us out to use her new camera for the first time! Thanks Dena! I just had to share these, because it is so funny how Tyler and I have no clue that Kate is being such a GOOFBALL during the whole picture taking process!! Got to love her...she really makes me laugh! As Dena was taking the pictures she kept telling Kate to smile nice and this is what she was getting. Yes...she has to make things a little more difficult than they have to be! Love the pictures! So glad she kept snapping away while Kate had her fun!

New AC papers and Bowling Shoes

So, Kate got to bowl for the first time last weekend. Her cousin had a birthday party at a bowling alley and they had a great time. And I noticed that the ugly bowling shoes just looked so cute on Kate! Maybe it's because I'm her mom...but she made them look good! So, of course, I had to do a layout and I had to use these wonderful colors from the American Crafts Travel line! It's so much fun! You really can't go wrong with some cute feet and some cute patterened paper!!

On to Round 3!

We had to make a card using chipboard and felt and this is what I came up with! I made it to the next round...the final round! We found out last night. 9 of us made it and we are all so excited. Now I have to make something for the new challenge. Wish me luck!! Congrats to all the girls that made it with me!

I made it to Round 2!!

This was the layout I created for the first round of the DT Search at The Mosy Scrapper!! The theme was SUMMER and I knew I had to include a bunch of pictures for this one! I think I am going to do a 2nd half to this b/c I have more pictures to add to this. Christa and April gave us a good first challenge and the second one has been posted. I have to get busy so I can have a chance at making it to the next round! Wish me luck! Check the site out. It is such a great place!
